Villa Marilu is a newly built private villa with a large heated infinity pool, located just 50 metres from the beach in Pozzallo, in the Secondo Scivolo area, close to Tiki Beach, in south-eastern Sicily between Ragusa and Syracuse.

With approximately 330 m² of indoor space, 6 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and a large living area opening onto generous outdoor spaces, Villa Marilu has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. Large glass doors connect the living room with the veranda, swimming pool and garden, creating one spacious environment dedicated to socialising and relaxation.
The location is another major advantage: the beach can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, and there are equipped beach clubs and restaurants nearby. Pozzallo town centre and the main supermarkets are approximately 2 km away.

An additional guest bathroom completes the living area.
Outside the villa is a large covered corner veranda, directly connected to the living room.
The veranda acts as a natural extension of the indoor living area and is divided into different spaces dedicated to dining, socialising and relaxation.
On one side is the outdoor dining area, furnished with a large table where 12 guests can comfortably dine together.

On the opposite side is a comfortable lounge area with sofas and armchairs, directly overlooking the swimming pool.
The veranda allows guests to enjoy outdoor living throughout much of the day: from breakfast in the morning to lunch and dinner, as well as relaxing evenings by the pool.
One of the highlights of Villa Marilu is its large private infinity pool, measuring 12 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a saltwater system.
Its generous size makes it ideal both for swimming and for relaxing in the water.
The pool can also be heated on request as an optional extra service, allowing guests to enjoy it more comfortably during the cooler periods of the year.
The pool features an automatic slatted cover, allowing the water surface to be easily covered when the pool is not in use. When pool heating is used, the cover also helps reduce heat loss and maintain the water temperature more efficiently.
Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols, providing plenty of room for all guests to comfortably enjoy the outdoor areas.
The swimming pool is located directly in front of the veranda and the large glass doors of the living room, making it the true focal point of the villa’s outdoor spaces.
The pool and sun terrace are surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with lawn, palm trees, olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees.
Flower beds and landscaped green areas are integrated into the villa’s contemporary architecture, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The garden also features an automatic irrigation system.
Particular attention has also been paid to the outdoor lighting. In the evening, the pool, garden, pathways and veranda are enhanced by carefully positioned lights, creating an ideal atmosphere for dining outdoors or spending the evening by the pool.

The pool heating service is optional and is available upon request only. Requests must be made at least 1 week before check-in.
During the winter season, the water temperature is maintained at approximately 28°C–29°C.
To help maintain the water temperature, the pool must be covered during the night.
