DEPANDANCE Sikelia, sea view, only 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the town of Pozzallo. Located in Grottelle village, residential area of Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa. Pozzallo is the only town in the South East of Sicily to rise by the sea .
The area is composed of villas and stretches of unspoiled land of olive trees, carobs and almonds. It is the ideal holiday for the family and for those people who love peace together with fun and sea. Here you can also have fabulous cultural and gastronomic tours of the Noto Valley and the isle of Malta. The short distance from Pozzallo allows you to get all the services in a few minutes by car during all the year.
The studio of 42 square meters, bright, quiet, spacious and comfortable furnished with taste, maintains a clean and linear style that allows you to feel at ease. The loft has a garret where the bedroom is located ,on the ground floor there is a kitchen open space equipped with crockery, oven, refrigerator, laundry, iron and ironing board. The relax area has a sofa bed, LCD TV satellite, a bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer. Also the whole villa is served from wireless, and fenced car park . A wonderful outdoor canopy (verandah) with wooden furniture and barbecue allow you to eat outdoors.
The property provides 1,800 square meters of garden and safe, ideal for children, sea view, looking composed of typical Mediterranean trees, garden furniture and relax areas where you can either have relaxing moments in the shade of a carob tree or interesting excursions in the Baroque and Art Nouveau of the Noto Valley or have fabulous walks on the golden sand beach.
