DESCRIPTION
The Dolphin Holiday apartment is located in Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa, the only county in south- eastern Sicily that borders on the sea. The apartment is 70 meters from the heart of the new promenade Pietre Nere, the most relaxing area of the city, which has a high interest to both the reporting and for long walks every day and night.
The beach promenade, ideal for children, is composed of golden sand to 100 meters in width, which will allow you to carve out space for relaxing even during the more crowded times during the months of July and August
From our house it is not necessary to use the car because you have all facilities like restaurants, shops, banks and even pubs, within 350 meters.
The sunny weather almost year round, allows you to take the sun on the beach, from April to
October. We offer the ideal vacation for the people who love the sea and beaches, beautiful architecture and interesting culture and gastronomy, all part of sightseeing in the Noto Valley while still being close to the to discover the Sicilian Baroque cities of Syracuse, Etna and a ferry ride to the Island of Malta
An apartment of 110 square meters, located on the first floor, offers a wide living room with a sofa and two armchairs and large sliding door/window that has access to the balcony. For bedrooms, there is a double room, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a single room. The bathroom, with bath and shower, comes with a hair dryer, washing machine and linens. The kitchen is equipped with a4-burner stove, a toaster oven, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, television. Outside the apartment there is a long balcony, for which there are chairs available.
