Description Holiday House Ispica Mare
The “Blue Wave” holiday house, is situated on the coast of S. Maria del Focallo ( the seaside resort of the town of Ispica, in the province of Ragusa) at only 4 km away from the centre of the town of Pozzallo.
The “Blue Wave” holiday home is a nice and cosy independent cottage, only 50 metres from the sandy beach, that you can reach by a private pathway.
The cottage is made up of one double bedroom , a bedroom with twin beds which can be turned into another double bedroom , a bathroom with a shower , a large kitchen – living room , and, outside , a large veranda for your relax , a garden and also a garage for your car .
It is an ideal holiday for two couples or a family that prefers privacy , peace and relax, if you enjoy a holiday at the sea, barbecues and relaxing moments without renuncing to wonderful cultural excursions nearby, such as “Cava d’Ispica”, the baroque churches of Ispica , the archeological area of “Parco Forza” and other interesting cultural tours.

Very nice house for the rest on the sea

The villa is situated right on the beach Santa Maria del Focallo. The beach is very clean, sandy and wide. The sea is no so deep here. The bottom of the sea has no rocks - it sandy also. Very good conditions inside the house. Two bedrooms either for a family or for two couples. There is everything you need except for the hair-dryer. Also you have a fireplace in a wide hall, place for BBQ. Photos on this site are true descriptions of the house. Nearest city of Pozallo is about 5km from the villa. It is better to have a car here to be able to travel free.
